“ A jealous girlfriend is a faithful girlfriend. If she doesn’t get jealous anymore because your attention’s somehow divided to many girls, well, maybe because she’s tired of fighting for that complete, or even the same, attention that she devotes to you. Maybe because she’s tired from figuring out that she’s not the only one that you call “beautiful” or “gorgeous”, that she’s not the first and only girl that you text and say whatever mushy and sweet thoughts there is in this whole wide world. Then, she’ll realize that she wasn’t really special to you, like she thought she was. And as a result, her heart will be as hard as a rock… cold as ice. For in this way, she believes that she can take the pain from being constantly jealous over things that you think are shallow when the truth is you’re being narrow. And, that she chose to set things aside to avoid hurting herself. She chose to be invulnerable. She chose to be blind. She chose to step behind the light of doubts coz she knows that losing you would be like drowning in the dead, cold sea. Barely breathing, Gasping for air. She chose to bare the pain of jealousy rather than losing you.
